Grilled Honey-Soy Pork Steaks Ingredients

2 pork blade steaks cut 1-inch thick2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 small cloves garlic minced2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions for Grilled Honey-Soy Pork Steaks

Combine all ingredients in a self-sealing plastic bag; seal bag and place in refrigerator 4-24 hours. Remove steaks from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill over medium-hot coals, 7 minutes per side, turning once.

I liked the taste that the marinade gave the pork steaks. I cooked them on an indoor grill for 10 minutes. 5 min. on each side. I served them with twice baked potatoes and wax beans. I wouldn't change a thing about the recipe.
