How to keep soup from separating
I recently made spinich soup. It looked and tasted great the day of making it, but the leftovers the next day (after being stored in the fridge) had seperated - water/broth on top, and the solid material on the bottom. The solid material was originally blended into the soup (spinich, garlic, zuccini, celery and lentils). I'm sure it will return to normal after heated and stirred / blended, but I wanted to give some to my mom and sister but decided I shouldn't because it doesn't look very appetizing after sitting in the fridge!

What to do with Swai?
I picked up some swai, the fishmonger said it was a type of catfish, but didn't really taste like catfish. When I looked it up on Big Oven, I got some kind of bread pudding recipe, I know this isn't right but I still at am a loss as to what to do with the fish. Anyone got any ideas? I suppose you can never go wrong with the bread and pan fry method if its catfish.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me a way to fry sping rolls or egg rolls without having a deep fryer. The recipe provided by BigOven is 4 cups Bisquick Bake Mix with 4 oz Sour Cream. Is there any error on the content of Sour Cream (4oz)? Should it be 8oz instead? I browse through other websites that provide recipes of Popoye's biscuit and noticed some show as 2 cups Bisquick Bake Mix with 4 oz Sour Cream
