Ok cooks -- what's your favorite side dish with ribs?
Our standard sides for ribs include Vinegar Coleslaw, Bourbon Baked Beans, Jalapeño Creamed Corn and often times Onion Rings. When ingredients are available we also like Heirloom Tomato Salad with Marinated Onions and Double-Dipped Fried Okra. For desert we like to include a Peach or Blackberry Cobbler.
I usually smoke our ribs. We very much like to pull the husks back on fresh corn-on-the-cob, wrap bacon around them, then close and seal the husks and smoke with the ribs. Then maybe some skillet fried potatoes and also baked beans. Let's not forget garlic bread.
