I have a recipe that calls for champagne mustart. I can't find this mustard in the stores. Is there another mustard I can substitute this for? The recipe is called Chicken Melon Salad.

Champagne mustard does have a unique flavor, but you could probably get away with dijon mustard and perhaps a very tiny dash of sugar to soften it.
