Subject: using green tomatoes

what's good and tasty using green toms?

Slice the tomatoes in thick slices and sprinkle both sides with kosher salt and freshly ground pepper. The salt will draw a little moisture. Dip both sides in finely ground corn meal and fry in heated oil until golden color on both sides. Serve and enjoy! Yummm!

thinly slice the green tomatoes, dip in mayonnaise and then dip in a mixture of 1 cup grated parmesan cheese and 1 tsp. garlic powder. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 7-10 minutes or until golden. These are so good!
