We don't offer telephone support, sorry. We give away an awful lot of stuff for free here at BigOven.com. And our recipe software is very competitively priced -- for $30, you get up to three Deluxe licenses. If we offered telephone support, we'd have to increase our prices by more than 40% to cover it.
Before contacting us with your question, we kindly ask that you help keep our pricing low and direct-developer-contact high by consulting the FAQs first. Nearly half of our support inquiries are already answered in the FAQ, and like all software enterprises, support costs do eventually get passed back to customers in one form or another over time.
It's for that reason that we kindly request that you first take a moment to check through our list of Frequently Asked Questions as well as the running list of Frequently Asked Questions on the Message Board before submitting a new question.
We make every effort to keep our FAQ up-to-date with quick answers and solutions, and in the vast majority of cases, we've already documented a solution for you.
