Having the ability to add personal tags is a great feature.  However, it would be even better if you could classify your tags as Cuisine, Course, etc.

 I like to browse through recipes using the Cuisine or Course categories.  I have a problem sometimes since I can't properly classify some recipes given the predefined lists.  An example would be Beverages.  I have several recipes for drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) that I'd love to show as a "Course" to browse through.  I wouldn't call them "Appetizers" or "Dessert" or "Main Course".  They might be "Aperitif" or "After Dinner", or simply "Beverages".

 I know I can use the Keyword Browse, but this is not quite the same thing as being able to put recipes in the proper category.
 

I know the feeling. I would like to create more cuisines too. There are some nationalities still not available that I'd like to add to my collection such as 'Hungarian', 'Roumania' and 'Greek'.

You can create more cuisines simply by typing recipes in with those cuisine (you're not limited to the choices in the recipe box).  If recipes with that new cuisine are in your startup recipe box, the dropdowns will automatically populate with them...

Beverage -- that's a good idea.  I'd like to see a "beverage" course in the online archive, too.  Where else would Pete Romfh's Spicy Mexican cocoa go?
