Each time I print a recipe, I get a question mark before each ingredient like this:
? 1 pound lean ground pork? 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger root
Surely this is not supposed to happen.
How do I get rid of it?

Hmm. Haven't seen this before, but one guess is that your computer doesn't have the standard font that BigOven uses when printing out a bullet point. When you go to Tools/Options and choose a different Theme, does it still happen? If so, we'd recommend downloading and installing the latest Internet Explorer from http://www.microsoft.com/ie
I reinstalled IE and that fixed the problem.
