I couldn't get my phone to receive the installation for Big Oven software. After hours and days of trying, I stumbled upon the solution, which I want to pass to others to help them. Sprint offered, at one time, a free download of Documents to Go as a reward for registering your phone. Download this freebie onto your phone and computer. Then drag the Big Oven installation to it, follwed by dragging it to the hot sync download window. It will work after the Documents to Go makes it a readable program for the phone.
