Not able to log on

I tried the instructions in the Help section regarding deleting cookies but it did not help. I can get to my chef page but I can't access the "Try Soon" list and I thought that when I first logged on my name was on the page. I am not very computer savvy but this is very frustrating. Help...

Couple Newbie Questions

1) Can I also add things to the Grocery List that are NOT in Recipes? 2) Is there a way to have BigOven use my Default Browser (Firefox) NOT I.E. 3) What if a Recipe says: Serves 4 - 6 ... what number should we use? Thanks

formatting

Is it possible to add blank lines, for example after "INSTRUCTIONS", so that the first instruction is not immediately following, but a line (or even two) later. Likewise, is it possible to add a blank line before the "RECIPE SOURCE", etc. Thanks~

Can't import recipes after downloading update, getting 'invalid date checksum' error

I loaded a download, and can not longer import recipes (using the gray import button). Am online, that's not the problem. Also have error message 'invalid date checksum' when going to desktop links. After update (tried twice before it worked) I have too many desktop links, all but one getting...

Nutritional Data

How do I add my own nutritional data? The list in the software doesn't have many common ingredients such as Splenda or brown sugar. I need this information to track carbs, one of the main reasons I want to write my own recipes.

invalid date checksum

I tried to open my Big Oven today and got this message : "Invalid date checksum. Please visit the Big Oven forums for help." This has never happened before and opening and using Big Oven is about as computer savy as I get. I have version 1.8.977 - Deluxe DL. Help! Grumpycook
