    Hi There! I'm not sure I understand why you say that you cannot have a recipe box - in a recipe box... Actually, I was just going to start a thread on this, because I'm probably not the first person to wonder about it... In a physical recipe box, you don't just throw all your recipes in there...

    Is it possible to add blank lines, for example after "INSTRUCTIONS", so that the first instruction is not immediately following, but a line (or even two) later. Likewise, is it possible to add a blank line before the "RECIPE SOURCE", etc. Thanks~

  • Printing ALWAYS uses at least 2 pages

    Even for short recipes, everything prints on at least two pages... The second page is frequently BLANK (with only header and footer). How can wasteful printing be eliminated?

  • New version -- no release notes?

    There is a new build of BigOven (1.8.977) but there are no release notes in the changelog ( http://www.bigoven.com/changelog.htm ). I like to read the release notes while installing the upgrade! So, what's changed?

  • Working only with grams in my recipes

    I bake bread. All of my recipes are designed for use of a scale only. So every ingredient is listed in gram weight ONLY... I imported a number from MasterCook, where I can convert a cup of water to its weight in grams, but after the conversion. So a typical recipe would be as follows: s English muffin...

  • Recalcing recipes

    When adding recipes to my Calendar and changing the scaling of the recipes, is that change in scaling applied to the master recipe itself? IE: Is the master recipe changed if I scale a recipe?
