At BigOven, we think you should have a lot of recipes to choose from.  The BigOven application you're downloading contains over 4,000 starting recipes organized into 6 different recipe boxes, and you can build up your own by accessing our 150,000+ online recipe archive for free.  Signing up to use the archive is optional and free; you'll be prompted to join after you install.  To open other recipe boxes on your computer, simply use the File/Open dialog.

(Note:  Users of older PC's may see an InstallShield "error -5009" during setup.  If you get this message, please see this post in our FAQ for a simple workaround.)

BigOven requires Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 or later, which the vast majority of computers already have.  You can check your Internet Explorer version via the Help/About menu option in Internet Explorer.  Please visit www.microsoft.com/ie to get the latest version if you need it.
