This medal is for Sunday Pot Roast. Used for family party to universal acclaim. The recipe is perfect as written. I used the full quantity of wine which tasted delicious but (and am I the only person this has happened to?) the potatoes turned to a deep red colour. Once explained to the diners this was perfectly acceptable but initially a little off-putting. Next time (and there will be a next time) I will cook the potatoes seperately.
