I was looking for a way to have spicy and sweet ribs and pork.  Any ideas on fruit and pepper mixes??????  I used a product called "Texas Gold" from a web vendor which was pineapple and jalapenos......it was GREAT but I want to try a mix of my own?  Thanks for help!

Would love to make a beef wellington as seen in a christmas travel(france) show.What's the best available truffle form to use-cost under $30 US?    Maybe,oil,butter,paste, or canned from amazon, that's not the  melanosporum as these seem very expensive for not being  fresh(2 days old!).   I'm obviously an amature in the kitchen     thanks don

My Grandmother, an early 1900's immigrant from Germany, used to make a soup using the sour green beans she canned. As I recall the meat was bacon pieces. I believe she included potatos. Her name for it was Schnitzel Bean Soup. Ever heard of it?
