Suggest a better descriptionSOURCE: Minute Rice Box Mix soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and ginger to form a marinade. Marinate meat 20 minutes. Stir fry pepper steak until brown. Add peppers and scallions and stir fry until tender. Mix cornstarch and beef broth and add to skillet. Bring to a boil and boil one minute. Serve over rice or noodles.
