Griddle and bacon iron or a Panini press can be used to heat sandwich
Split bread in half horizontally
Drizzle oil from Olive Salad on each half
Spread olive salad on each half
Layer meats evenly on one half of bread
Top layered meats with cheeses, layered evenly
Cover layers with remaining half of prepared bread
Heat greased griddle to medium. A panini press can be used in place of griddle.
Place sandwich on heated griddle, place cutting board atop bread. Weight with bacon irons or clean bricks.
Grill until sandwich heats through, and cheese is melted, but before bread browns.
Remove sandwich from griddle and slice into four equal sections.
