This is an exotic juicy chicken stew with lots of fruits and veggies prepared in the slow cooker.
Fry the chicken joints and veggies in a pan in batches. Add to the ceramic pot for the slow cooker.
Put the fruit on top.
Make the sauce by mixing the cornflour, paprika, soy sauce, Worchestershire sauce, winegar, boiling water and fruit juice and bring to boil while stirring continuously. Poor into the ceramic pot and place it in the slow cooker. Add the lid and let it cook on low healt setting for 8-10 hours, medium for 5-7 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
