mariaalmadejesus5 ,I used almond nuts and added raisins and apples to the salad. It tasted heavenly after I chilled it for awhile.10y

lavenderwand ,Way cool! My store didn't have arugula so I substituted sweet baby lettuces. My daughter commented that there was a different flavor in every bite.10y
uoliver ,This salad was amazing, I added Wensleydale chesse it has cranberries and I also added chicken I have to agree with bradza an explosion of flavors, great!!!! Urs10y
bradza ,Wonderful combination of contrasting flavors - sweet, sour, peppery, crunchy, soft. A taste explosion!! I candied my pears in a pan first with some butter and brown sugar. It lifts the pear to another level. A further suggestion - replace the walnuts with toasted sunflower seeds and add some "salt" in the form of creamy blue cheese or feta.11y
kendra_inthekitchen ,Wow - so, so good! Was super easy to make (and I am a COMPLETE novice...didn't even know what a shallot looks like...don't laugh) and only took about 15 minutes or less to prepare. Added Gorgonzola crumbles like another reviewer suggested as well as avocado. Both were really good, but the avocado was just awesome. Added to My Favorites. Thanks for posting, Kate!11y
christinagarrett ,This dressing goes great with the peppery flavor of arugula leaves. Loved that it was fast and easy to make with minimum ingredients needed! I did add a pinch of cane sugar.11y
jlburgart ,This was really good. The combination of flavors was great. The bite of the arugula with the sweetness of the pear was incredible. We will do this again soon.12y
