Rich, fudgey and delicious
1. Preheat overn to 170 C.
2. Place chocolate, butter, sugar and bourbon in a saucepan and melt over low heat.
3. Remove from heat and pour into a large bowl. Allow to cool slightly.
4. Whisk in flour and cocoa powder.
5. Whisk in eggs.
6. Pour mixture into a lined and greased spring form pan.
7. Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Allow to cool in the tin before turning out to cool.
8. Serve with icecream, sweetened marscapone or cream.
