Place cold water, coconut shreds,Splenda,raisins, vanilla extract then oatmeal.
Cook over medium heat til water is absorbed.
Place into bowl, can be topped with 1 teaspoon of
margarine & 2 tablespoons of milk.
Would be delish with a half of everything bagel toasted & hot
green tea(or coffee).
