Great chewy cookies. If you like toffee, you will love these cookies.
Preheat to 350 degrees when cookies go in the refrigerator
Use parchment sheets on cookie sheets
Sift together the flour, salt, and baking soda on another parchment sheet
Mix softened butter, brown sugar, and sugar until nice and smooth
Add eggs slowly
Add in dry ingredients slowly (low speed, or it will create a cloud)
Then add in the Heath Bar or toffee bite chocolate chip combination
Use parchment to roll up cookies in thin rolls
Put in fridge for at least 40 minutes
Bake for 10 to 11 min at 350

Place small round dough 3 inches apart. Let cool on sheet for a few minutes before removing
Pull them out when crispy around the edges, but still soft in the middle.
