Ready in 15 minutes
1. Toast the walnuts in 400 degree oven for 5 min. Cool.
2. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; stir with a whisk.
3. Add arugula and pears to bowl; toss to coat.
4. Place about 1 1/2 cups salad on each of 4 plates; sprinkle each serving with 1 tablespoon walnuts.

Fergcx1I candied the walnuts w/a little maple syrup, I used a spinach-arugula blend and added some crumbled goat cheese. I also swapped white balsamic for the wine vinegar to add some sweetness. The salad turned out excellent. Will definitely make again!1y ago
