Re: Need Helphttp://www.bigoven.com/groups.aspxI have only made it once. The recipe I used was a Le Cordon Bleu recipe that called for cooking the pineapple before lining the pan with it. The juice that was left over in the pan was poured into the cake batter. It was so good!

Re: Need Helphttp://www.bigoven.com/groups.aspx if you use fresh pineapple then just smash the pineapple down and use the juice and the pulp in the cake instead of the water. line your pan with a light dusting of brown sugar and then line it again with your pineapples.  Pour in your cake mix and bake.
