About me
We live in Souther NJ very close to the ocean. I'm work full time, hoping to be retired in the next 5-6 years. We love to travel more than anything. We enjoy entertaining our friends and families. Mostly, I enjoy the cooking part of entertaining. Coming from an Italian background that should not be surprising.
My Favorite Foods
The only thing I love more than cooking is eating and traveling, but they go hand in hand as well. When traveling I always know where to find the unique non-tourist type or restaurants. We like to try local cuisine from beef spline to low country rice and grits. Our tastes are adventurous. I love to cook for family and friends with small intimate dinners or large holiday parties. And I always like to cook something I know my friends would never order out or prepare themselves.
