3/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup cornstarch

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup amaretto or 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup 2% milk

3 tablespoons butter melted
