Ingredients

24 stuffed green olives or Kalamata olives

8 ounces Fontina cheese cut into 3/4 inch cubes

1 small red bell pepper cut into 1 inch squares

1 small green bell pepper cut into 1 inch squares

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

freshly ground black pepper

2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, or parsley chopped


Directions

1. Thread 1 olive, 1 cheese cube, then 1 pepper square on cocktail toothpicks. Arrange in attractive shallow serving dish. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together oil and balsamic vinegar; pour over kabobs. Season generously with pepper; sprinkle with basil and serve.
