Apple Butter

Ingredients

1 pound buttler melted

5 each Granny Smith Apples peeled and small diced


Directions

Melt the butter but do not brown. Add apples and simmer and lightly fry. Again, DO NOT BROWN. Strain once the apples are soft and puffy having released some of their juice. In a food processor, blend apples and slowly add back in the butter and apple juice liquid until the apple reach a nice soft, spreadable consistency.
