Ingredients

1.5 cups Steel-Cut Oats uncooked

1.75 cups Almond Milk unsweetened

1 whole Apple peeled and chopped

1.5 teaspoons Cinnamon ground

1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

1 pinch Salt

1 large Egg white

.25 cup Pomegranate seeds


Directions

Preheat oven to 350F then spray a medium size baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place all ingredients for baked oatmeal, except the pomegranate, in a large bowl and mix. Transfer into baking dish. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until the top begins to brown. It is now ready to serve. Mix all ingredients for leche sauce and spoon over the baked cinnamon.
