Ingredients

1 cup Sugar

1/4 cup Shortening

1 Egg

3/4 cup Milk

3/4 cup Orange Juice

3 cups Flour

3 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder

1 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Orange Peel grated

1/2 cup Walnuts chopped

1 cup Dried Apricots finely chopped (8 oz package)


Directions

Cream shortening and sugar, beat in egg. Add milk, orange juice, and orange peel Add dry ingredients. Stir in apricots and nuts. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 65-70 minutes.
