Artichoke Cheese Squares

1/4 c Dry bread crumbs

1 cn Artichoke hearts packed in

8 Egg whites

1 Garlic crushed

1 c Grated non fat cheddar

1 ds Pepper

2 tb Fresh basil

1 ds Tabasco
