Ingredients

1/4 cup Rice vinegar

1 tblspoons Sugar

1 teaspoon Kosher Salt

1 cup Cucumber thinly sliced

3/4 cup Bean Sprouts fresh

1/4 cup Cilantro torn

1 Jalapeno peppers seeded

4 cup Mesclun Green

1/4 cup Hoisin sauce

2 tblspoons Honey

1 tblspoons Ketchup

1 tblspoons Chili garlic sauce

1 tblspoons Rice vinegar

1 pound Ground pork or turkey

1 tblspoons Ginger fresh

1 tblspoons Vegetable oil

1/2 cup Scallions chopped

1 loaf Baguette sliced 1 inch thick

Butter softened

4 tspoon Mayonnaise

4 slices Ham deli


Directions

preheat 450 wisk together 1/4 cup vinger , sugar,, and 1 tsp salt until sugar is desolved. toss with cucumber, sprouts, cilantro basil and jalapeno, set aside combine: hoisin, honey, ketchup,, garlic, sauce and a tblspoon vin in a bowl Saute: pork ginger in oil in a saute pan over med high heat for 5-7 min. Drain and discard fat add hosin mixture and scallions Toss: mesclun with cucumber mixture Spread each baguette slice with butter. Toast Baguette slices in oven 5 min Spread each baguette slice with mayo top with ham ground pork mixture and cucumber salad
