Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

I like to use a butterscotch and a white chocolate pudding mix for my family's favorite flavor.

Ingredients

4 1/2 cups Flour

2 teaspoon Baking soda

2 cups Butter softened

1 1/2 cups Brown sugar

1/2 cup Sugar

2 packages Instant vanilla pudding (3.5 oz each)

4 large Eggs

2 teaspoon Vanilla

4 cups Semisweet chocolate chips

2 cups Chopped nuts


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift together flour and baking soda and set aside. In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and sugar. Beat in instant pudding mix, eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour just until mixed. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets and bake 10-12 minutes or until egdes are golden brown.

These cookies are soft, but not very flat. They definitely do not have M&M's in them, but you might add them instead of the pecans.. They taste great and will be a big hit with any crowd. Our first batch of these turned out 4 dozen so we may cut the recipe in half next time that we make it. Thanks for contributing.
