Baked Corn

This is a wonderful cross between corn bread and corn as a side dish. Dishes up like corn bread, Moist, sweet and loaded with corn.

Ingredients

1/2 cup Sour cream

2 Eggs beaten

1/2 cup Butter (1 stick melted)

1 can Corn drained

1 can Cream corn

1 pkg Corn muffin mix


Directions

Combine sour cream, beaten eggs and melted butter. Stir in creamed corn, drained canned corn and muffin mix. Pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
