Baked Onion Bhajis

Ingredients

1 cm ginger peeled and roughly chopped

1 green finger chilli chopped

1/2 tsp cumin, salt, chilli, coriander, tumeric

1 medium onion sauteed

40 g chickpea flour

40 g fresh coriander roughly chopped

1 tbsp lemon juice optional


Directions

Fry the onions until softened. Process half of the onions and remaining ingredients roughly, add water until thick paste is formed. Add remaining onions. Drop TBSP of mixture onto the tray. Bake 25-35 min at 200 until crisped.
