Baked Potato Soup

Ingredients

3 Lbs Potatoes Baked

2/3 Cup Butter

2/3 Cup Flour

3/4 Teaspoon Salt

1/4 Teaspoon White pepper

6 Cups Milkl

1 Cup Sour Cream

10 Slices Cooked bacon

1 Cup Shredded cheddar cheese


Directions

Bake potatoes @350 for 65-75 minutes, until tender. Cool completely. Peel & Cube potatoes. In large sauce pan, melt butter, stir in flour, salt & pepper, until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat and whisk in sour cream and potatoes. Garnish with bacon and cheese.
