Makes either one small square or double for large 9 x 13 pan
Preheat oven to 375
Lightly grease small square pan or if doubling, large 9 x 13 pan
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt
In another bowl, mash the bananas with the sugar, add egg and butter, stir.
Combine into the flour mixture and pour into pan.
In another small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and cut in butter.
Sprinkle over the top.
Bake 18 to 20 mins, small pan, 45 to 50 mins, large pan
