Banana-Caramel Crepes with Nutella

These dessert or decadent brunch crepes get a jump-start with purchased crepes.

Ingredients

1 6-pack Crepes

1 tablespoon Butter

1/4 cup Brown sugar packed

4 Bananas sliced

3 tablespoons Nutella

1 tablespoon Milk

2 teaspoons Confectioners Sugar sifted


Directions

Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar, then add bananas. Cook, gently stirring, until the sugar coats the bananas, about 30 seconds. Meanwhile warm crepes per package instructions. Combine Nutella and milk in a microwave-safe bowl; heat 30 seconds. Fill each crepe with 1/2 cup filling; roll it and top with Nutella topping. Sift confectioner's sugar over crepes just before serving.
