This is the very best banana bread that I have ever had! It is so easy to make and always comes out perfect!

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Butter Shortening can be used as well

1 Cup Sugar

2 Eggs beaten

4 Bananas very ripe

2 Cups Flour

1 tsp Baking soda

1/2 tsp Salt

3/4 Cup Pecans I prefer pecans but can be any nut you choose

Directions

Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and beat vigorously. Add mashed bananas, blending well, Sift dry ingredients together, add nuts and blend into above mixtre. Pour into a 9x9 baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Easy to make! The recipe was pretty good! I used brown sugar and added vanilla and chocolate chips for an extra yum.
