Banana Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients

1 Banana

1 Egg

2 tablespoons Honey

1 teaspoon Baking powder

1 teaspoon Cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg

1 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Vanilla

1/2 cup Greek Yogurt

1 1/2 cups Oats

1 cup Milk

Assorted fruits strawberries, apples, blueberries, almonds, etc. blackberries, raspberries


Directions

Mash banana in a mixing bowl. Add egg and mix thoroughly. Add honey, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, vanilla, and yogurt; combine. Add in the oats and mix. Add milk and mix. Fill six greased muffin tins halfway with mixture. Add a layer of fruit on top of mixture. Fill to top with rest of muffin mix. Top with more fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
