1 1/8 cup Warm water 120 degrees F

1 tablespoon Olive oil
3 cup unbleached all-purpose flour I used Stone-Buhr
1 teaspoon Salt
A big favourite - I used my Kitchen aid to knead for about 10 min - came out perfect.

scothartAlthough the recipe tastes good, I have made this twice and the bread failed to rise well either time.
DamondirksenI forgot to mention that I shaped the bread into a boule like my picture shows..no need for a loaf pan
