Ingredients

1 cup Unbleached Flour

1/2 cup Whole-wheat flour

1 tablespoon Baking powder

1 tablespoon Sugar

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/4 cup Egg substitute

1 cup Almond milk more if thinner pancakes are desired

1 tablespoon Canola Oil


Directions

Sift together flours, baking powder, sugar, and salt. combine egg, milk, and canola oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just till flour is moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.) Bake on hot griddle. Makes about eight 5-inch pancakes.
