Ingredients

40 grams Butter diced

40 grams Flour, Plain

400 grams Milk

Seasoning as required


Directions

Put all ingredients in the machine and cook 6 minutes / 90?C / Speed 4. This makes a sauce of pouring consistency. Make it thinker with 50g flour. The plain flour can be substituted for rice flour, or 30g corn flour.
