1 teaspoon italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 tablespoon finely minced red pepper (optional but good)

1 pound dark ground turkey

1 28 ounce can (no salt crushed tomatoes)

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper (to taste)
