Ingredients

2 teaspoon Garlic Power

2 teaspoon Hot Shot Pepper Blend

2 tablespoon Salt

3 tablespoon Brown sugar

2 tablespoon Soy sauce

2 tablespoon Hickory Liquid Smoke

2 tablespoon A-1 Sauce

3 tablespoon Worchestershire Sauce

4 tablespoon Louisiana Hot Sauce

Directions

The hot sauce is only used if you want it hot and spicy. Heat mix to a boil and then cool. Brush meat and stack on a sheet or plate and marinade over night. The hot shot pepper blend is a product of schillings spices.
