Black Bean And Corn Salad with Homemade Tortilla Chips

6 Corn tortillas

4 oz Reduced-fat cheddar or

1 c Corn; drained

Mix corn; beans and

1 cn Black beans; drained

; mixture over

; tomato quarters.

1/2 c Plain nonfat yogurt

4 c Romaine or leaf lettuce

; refrigerator at

; ounce of cheese on

; Mix yogurt with

2 Tomatoes

; powder. Serve with

; cheese

1/8 ts Garlic powder

; yogurt sauce.

1/2 ts Cumin

; Spoon corn and bean

; lettuce. Sprinkle 1

1/2 c Fat-free Italian dressing


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut each tortilla into 6 pieces and bake on cookie sheet for 20 to 30 minutes turning once. Makes 4 servings. Nutrient analysis per serving: 367 calories, 8 g. fat.
