Ingredients

350 grams chicken thighs cut into pieces

6 Shallots peeled and crushed

2 spring onions sectioned

2 slices ginger

1 packet Lee Kum Kee sauce for black beansS


Directions

Saute chicken in oil until golden brown. Drain and set aside. Saute shallots, ginger and sauce in 2 - 3 tbsp oil. Add chicken and stir fry until chicken is done. Stir in spring onion and serve.
