Black Bean Salad

Ingredients

Mustard vinaigrette mixed

1/2 Red bell pepper; finely

1/2 c Steamed haricots verts; cut

And dried

1 cn Black beans - (16 oz);

1/2 Yellow bell pepper; finely

Sliced thin red onion; for


Directions

Combine beans, bell peppers, haricots verts and season to taste with vinaigrette mixed with chopped cilantro leaves. Garnish with red onion. This recipe yields 2 servings.
