Ingredients

1 Egg

1 3/4 cup Water

2 tablespoons Water

1 3/4 cup Flour

1 teaspoons Baking powder

8 slices Ham

8 slices Turkey

8 slices Swiss Cheese

3 cups Canola Oil

Confectioners Sugar

Black berry preserves

Directions

Line cookie sheet with paper towel. Warm oven on low. Mix egg and water. Add flour salt and baking powder. Pit sandwich together. Cut in diagonal. Heat oil to 365 Dip 1/2 sandwich in batter. Let excess drip. Place in oil 3 min each side. Cool one half at a time. Place in coolie sheet in warm oven until all are complete. Sprinkle sugar. Serve with preserves.
