Bomb Ass Granola

Ingredients

4 cups oats

3/4 cup almonds

1/2 cup other nuts

3/4 cup pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup water

2 tbsp. maple syrup

2 tbsp. Oil

1/2 cup Raisins, cranberries, etc.

1 teaspoon Kosher Salt

1 teaspoon Cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon Cardamom

3/4 teaspoon Vanilla

1 tablespoon Cocoa


Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, mix oats, almonds, and seeds. Add spices and mix thoroughly. Mix together sweetener, water, vanilla, and oil and pour into mixture. Turn mixture thoroughly so liquid is evenly distributed and some of the oat mixture sticks together. Spread on large pan and bake for 40 minutes, turning every 15 minutes or so so it cooks evenly. If using pecans, add them about 15 minutes before the end otherwise they will burn. Let the mixture cool before adding dried fruit.
