Bourbon Pie

Ingredients

4 Eggs

1/2 c Brn. sugar

1 c Pecans chopped

1 Butter

4 tb Kentucky Bourbon

3 tb Flour

1 ts Vanilla

1 c Semi-sweet chocolate chips

3/4 c White corn syrup

1/2 c Sugar

Directions

Whisk flour into bourbon - set aside. Melt butter. Beat eggs and mix in all other ingredients. Add bourbon and butter. Stir. Pour into shell. Cook at 350 degrees 50-60 minutes. Posted to MC-Recipe Digest V1 #1062 by "Lynna" <lynna@eudoramail.com> on Jan 29, 1998
